I recently adopted a second Aussie-My 1st one was very posessive of his frisbee-To make a long story short, they play hard, I had lots of bloody mouths & destroyed frisbee's. This one has lasted longer than any other and no more bloody mouths!! What a great product, thank you!

This is the only toy that stands up with all our dogs. Other fisbees just don't last over a day. Our dogs just love this toy. One of the dogs will not go out to play without the hovercraft. He will wait at the door until he sees it going out. Then when he is tired after retrieving he holds the hover craft in his paws, lays down and just licks it!

these are tough products. We use the smaller hovercrafts when we take our dogs swimming. Bought 3 for the business owner as well as 3 for us. Given enough time our pups can tear them up but they are GREAT for supervised play.

Impressed

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

Kinda over priced for what it is, throwing in the shipping, 30.00 is to much for a dog toy. I found it a little hard for the dogs to pick it up off the ground with there mouth like a regular hard frisbee. But is is softer and durable so they can't chew it up in 2 seconds, and it will last alot longer. Flys good. I prefer the nice cotton frisbee's but can no longer find them. This one comes in second best.

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

I've been getting your Hover Craft for about 10 years now. Even though the cost is at least double that of a Frisbee the Hover Craft lasts far longer than a Frisbee. My dogs will break a plastic Frisbee within one day but a Hover Craft lasts months and that's with 3 large dogs chewing and tugging on it.

This is a great frisbee. My Yellow Lab, Mookie, LOVES playing fetch. However, when she gets tired she lays down with the frisbee and starts to chew it. So far this frisbee has held up (just a small tear in it). I love how soft, and flexible it is as well. It also flies really well!!!

My Lab mix gets atleast 100 throws a day with tugs from the Aussie. We go through 1 frisbee/2 months. The most durable, valuable toy ever! These therapy dogs work so hard they deserve great toys! Can you make a soccer ball out of this material? (Serious!) Can you add a small loop for a carabiner for easy carrying? Thanks again, Bella and Charlie Brown

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

Hover Craft is a really nice toy for my dog which loves to play fetch. When I first bought this I was concerned about it not lasting since for a Frisbee it was kind of pricey. However, I can say that after over 5 years it's still going strong. This thing floats and it routinely used to play in the water.

We initially expected a bigger frisbee than what arrived in the mail. We had one that I guess was called the "mother hover" and our dog loved it. We ordered a large thinking it was the same thing, but it was significantly smaller. Nevertheless, we do like the new one and our dog likes it too. All in all, we're really happy with it.

The Hover Craft is my pooches most prized toy. This is my 3rd one and they have yet to let me or my dogs expectations down. The tough covering can take a beating and it is easy to throw/catch. My one recomendation would be to put a carry loop or elastic band on the underside of disc so a carabiner can be attached to carry on a leash or pack. Thanks for a awesome disc.

Long-lasting!

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

We love this line of products! We have the "previous model" of flying disc for a few years now. It has worn incredibly well! Our Sheltie is not a huge chewer, but he loves it! Especially as it has aged and become softer, he loves to shake it around and shove it into the dirt in between wild runs in the yard. I love to take it to the dog parks and play with the other dogs with it. As it gets wet and slobbered on, it becomes softer and more floppy, and therefore more fun! Even as it's gotten worn and softened, it still retains its amazing strength! I've played tug-o'-war with Great Danes with it. Other dogs have played tug-o'-war with it while the pair run around hanging on to the thing. I've even played "three-way" tug-o'-war with it - me yanking on the disc while two other dogs - and not little ones! - are still holding on and tugging! I often end up doing "advertising" for your product as other dog-owners are impressed and see their dogs run and shake and flop that old thing around! Some say they're pleasantly surprised that their normally picky-about-toys dog really take to this! Like I said, ours is the previous version, but if something happens to our "Floppy," we'll have to "upgrade" - but then take some serious play time to break the new one in!!

Great flight, tough

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

I play ultimate frisbee, and this has the closest flight characteristics to a real frisbee as I've ever found in a dog frisbee to a real one. It's tough, too - I'm still on the original one after 18 months of playing frisbee with my pit bull. We even play tug as well as spin her around while she's holding onto it!

I purchased this small flying disc for our dog for her 1st birthday. She loves it! It is her preferred toy. She loves it so much, she has managed to pull out the lining, then the foam core, a piece at a time. I just purchased disc #2, and took a picture of before and after! It is not indestructible in her possession, but it is pretty tough.

This is the forth order for us and I agree I like the older version for softness better. I will see how long this version lasts. I can also see that the color could cause issues but I like the green. It is very durable and I have washed mine in the washing machine when they get nasty, maybe that is why we are on our forth! The little tears will develop into bigger rips but this is great in water, land and traveling. Our dogs do chew on them especially the older girls, I think it is a delaying technique so they can catch their breath and keep face around the young guns! Best frisbee and NO bleeding mouths!

I'm only giving 4 stars out of 5 because I agree with others that I liked the old way it was manufactured better (I've been using these for about 7 years). The old Hover craft used to be some sort of foam inside with a fabric cover and was softer on a dog's mouth. This new Hoer Craft is some kinda laminate foam core deal and it punctures too easily and is harder on dog's teeth for frisbee tug which is half the fun. It flies really nicely though and the Malinois loves it.

As a dog trainer, let me say "My dogs LOVE this frisbee." It is by far the best for wear, distance throwing, and dog safety. We've been using the same frisbee for 5 years. it has held up completely even after being left out in the snow all winter, and through the rain. I actually own 4 now, we only need one, but if one goes missing under a bush, or carriend unknowingly into the house, then I know where the next one is, because we can't go a day without playing frisbee. My dogs love it and I don't have to worry about them getting hurt from the frisbee, or it being chewed up. And I can't believe how far it can go. It rides the wind very well. It's the only one I recommend to all my clients.

Best Frisbee I've seen yet...

Would you recommend this product?.: Yes!

After decimating all plastic frisbees, many fabric frisbees, I finally sank the coin for the Hovercraft, which remains after 6 years a fav outdoor toy, soft on the mouth and perfect for shaking violently side to side or even throwing for himself. The utmost joy is in the combination of his fav games into one: Tug-Frisbee. This frisbee survives under snow/rain/ice when he leaves it outside, and the wash machine when he tries to bring it inside. The newer version with the foam core flies a little better, but he prefers the floppy original.
