March 13, 2006 (Bend, Ore.)— Ruff Wear, the leading designer and manufacturer of gear For Dogs On The Go,® has added three dealer service representatives to its team of highly professional employees.

Ruff Wear’s dedicated trio of in-house dealer services representatives is prepared to meet the needs of field representatives and dealers in both the outdoor retail and specialty pet markets. Working within assigned territories, the dealer service reps often team with field reps to keep communication with retailers flowing.

Dealer service representatives are the third point in Ruff Wear’s “service triangle.” They work with field reps and dealers to increase sales and assist with merchandising, inventory, purchasing, sponsorship programs, warranty issues and product information. In short, dealer service representatives provide individualized attention to Ruff Wear’s retail partners.

Kyle McPherson, Dove Moyers and Stephany Lowe are the dedicated, knowledgeable and loyal dealer service professionals that contribute to the success of dealers and field reps. With professional backgrounds in customer service, all three enjoy spending time with their canines in the great outdoors.
