March 3, 2004, Bend, OR - In an effort to maintain strong dealer and customer relations, Ruff Wear, the Bend-based producer of gear For Dogs On The Go®, announced today that it will be adding a new position to the Ruff Wear Team, that of Specialty Pet Account Manager. Brenda Hein, formerly in Customer Service and a Ruff Wear employee since October 2002, eagerly steps up to the plate as Ruff Wear's new in-house specialty pet account liaison.

Ruff Wear is once again proving its commitment to quality and exceptional customer service by appointing Hein to head-up this position. As the Specialty Pet Account Manager, Hein will be in charge of all specialty pet store accounts and will work closely with local-area reps to help with the overall education, communication and supply of Ruff Wear product.

"We feel that this position will allow Ruff Wear to spend more time assisting customers and effectively addressing their needs," says Hein. "By creating a position specific to the pet industry, we will be able to accommodate dealers with more knowledge and support."
