If you have received a Ruffwear item that you suspect has a defect, please let us know by completing the form below.

Ruffwear will approve claims of product purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through ruffwear.com. Approved claims will be issued an e-Gift Card for the full replacement value of the product (U.S.) or sent a replacement product (Canada). Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
