Shipping Options
We use FedEx for all orders shipped within the United States. If you need to contact FedEx directly, please call 1-800-463-3339 or visit www.fedex.com. We will ship your order FedEx Ground (Contiguous US) unless you request 2 Day delivery or Overnight delivery. Please note: we are unable to ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. FedEx Ground
Most ground orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
FedEx 3 Day
Orders must be placed by 10am PST (Monday-Friday) to ensure 3 Day delivery (business days only.)
FedEx 2 Day
Orders must be placed by 10am PST (Monday-Friday) to ensure 2 Day delivery (business days only.)
FedEx Standard Overnight
Orders must be placed by 10am PST (Monday-Friday) to ensure Next Day delivery (business days only.)
Refused Shipments
Once an order has been sent from Ruffwear, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
International
We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States. Please use our Store Finder to locate an International Ruffwear Dealer.
