Ruff Wear Toys and Warranty

Q: I recently purchased a Ruff Wear toy, however it did not last as long as I expected. Is there a warranty on Ruff Wear toys?

A: Ruff Wear fully guarantees all of our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, we are unable to warranty our products against chewing. The Ruff Wear Stuffed Wear™ toys are intended for interactive play. Once the play has finished, we recommend putting the toy away and replacing it with a chew toy. While we use heavy duty ballistic nylon in most of our products because of it’s durability, we do not expect the fabric to be chew resistant.
