Ruff Wear Guarantee (Warranty)

Q: What is covered in the Ruff Wear Guarantee? What is not covered?

A: Ruff Wear gear is guaranteed against defects in material and craftsmanship. Ruff Wear does not warranty products, damage or defects caused by chewing (on the part of the dog), improper use of the product, or damage due to normal wear and tear.

In order to determine if a concern or problem with a product is covered under our Ruff Wear Guarantee, we must review the item. Please contact Customer Service at 888-783-3932 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will not accept any return that hasn't been washed prior to the return. Full refunds or exchanges will be made at our discretion.

Ruff Wear will be closed between July 24th – 27th. All orders placed after 10am on Wednesday, July 23rd will not be processed until Monday July 28th.
