Q: I have a "working" canine companion. Is he/she eligible for any discount on products?

A: We offer a Pro Purchase Program that allows individuals with working dogs to purchase our products at discounted pricing. Many types of working canines qualify for this program including: Search & Rescue, Therapy Dogs, Guide Dogs, Police or Law Enforcement Canines, etc. For a more detailed listing of individuals that qualify for special pricing through this program, please visit our website at: www.ruffwear.com/pro .

In order to qualify for this program, please complete our online application detailing your affiliation to a group or company that matches the description of Pro Purchase eligible groups.

Pro Purchase applications are typically approved within 3-5 business days. Once your application is approved you can order online at the discounted price. Please note there is no discount on shipping.
